Did you know that in America, there is a scam called "unlimited Paid Time Off". Some jobs here offer unlimited PTO, which means that technically there isn't a limit on how much time off you request, but in effect, everybody ends up requesting only 2 weeks off, which is far less than a European, because it looks bad for you if you ask for more.
