EFLs aren't better than you. They're actually worse speakers than ESLs because they don't even question the language structures they're using. I would love to show you footage of babbling EFL retards struggling to understand mixed conditionals during CELTA courses, it gets even funnier when they try to teach grammar trust me. By the end of my life I'll make sure there won't be any prejudice against qualified ESL teachers. EFLs don't read 3 English books a days, they don't research etymology and morphology, they don't know about double pronunciations. EFLs suck as teachers and being born in an English speaking country doesn't give them unlimited privileges in the job market.

We rarely have the resources to hire international white men, but those who studied in Britain are considered the highest quality english teachers, after actual angrez.

I doubt we'd even employ an american EFL man; because their english is considered "incorrect" in this part of the world.
