My favourite ramen shop has started taking orders via LINE QR codes. Probably due to staff shortages.
But boomers and foreigners don't have LINE, so waiters still carry paper menus around all the time.

I think they straight up got rid of paper menus in my country since they always had to change prices manually with a pen the very next day because of inflation o algo
