However grade-based doesn't mean exam centered, it's basically a mixed evaluation between the grades of your last 2 years and a final exam.Though most subjects, except for extremely popular ones like psychology, medicine and stuff like history, polsci at good universities are admission-free, especially in STEM. You can literally go study computer science as a <100 Times ranked university for free right now but you have to survive the first two brutal semesters.

We don't have any prestigious universities so you literally just apply and you get accepted provided your grades are good enough. Getting into programs within the schools is another story though but it's also going to be grade-based.
