Are malls still a thing iyc?
Here in Norway it is. This giant mall in Bergen just had an expansion and are now the largest in nordic https://youtube.com/watch?v=iHuflaPsYQY

It has everything and takes forever to walk
>>
my local malls:

Mall #1 still has traffic but it's owners have already agreed to redevelop it into condos, so the tenants were all forced out. It's now a kia dealer, macy's and half a target. It will be gone by the end of net year.
Mall #2 is the same but the tenants will be allowed to stay, so everyone is depressed.
Mall #3 couldn't find a buyer so it's just indian stores now with an abandoned Sears and JCP Furniture Outlet. It will be closed by the bank sometime next year when the bank finally forces the owner into bankruptcy.
Mall #4 is abandoned and fenced off
Mall #5 is now an Amazon warehouse
