I like to draw as well. I've been trying to take it more seriously lately since I have nothing better to do with my life.My entire youth I was constantly told how good of an artist I was so I never bothered trying to improve my skills, but now that I have to actually practice to get better it's fucking miserable.

I used to play video games when I was younger. Now, I spend 80% of my day listening to music.I picked up a shamisen to learn, as it will be my second instrument.

>>217315768>Depends on which one I'm currently reading.Ain't that the truth. Out of my most recent reads, The Sound and the Fury is the greatest thing I've read in years. I constantly heard people praise Faulkner but the book still just eclipsed all my expectations. Quentin's chapter in particular hasn't left my head. Crossroads by Franzen was also great, could have used an editor to shorten it slightly in my opinion but I liked it overall. Death in Venice and The Ice Palace were two shorter books that that really packed a punch despite how short they are. The Ice Palace especially is perfect for winter and you can read it in a day.
