I'm from Nordrhein-Westfalen (North Rhine-Westphalia)
From left to right:
CoA of the northern Rhineland, which is derived from the prussian Rhineprovince
CoA of Westphalia as symbolized by the Saxon Steed (the original Saxons came from western Germany)
And at the bottom the Rose of Lippe, which was one of the small states of the HRE that managed to survive into the 20th century and after WW2 it got merged.
What do the symbols on your CoA mean?

Uh, well, there was some tigers here ages ago, so the first coat of arms had an actual tiger on it, but then they were all killed. And then when all coat of arms were being redone, they sent the description to the heraldist in Saint Petersburg, and they called the tiger "babr", because allegedly it means tiger on a local language, and the heraldist was like what the fuck is a babr, a bobr (beaver)? So he added the webbed feet and a beaver tail onto the tiger and colored it black for some reason.

Pic rel is the CoA of the aforementioned Rhineprovince. After the Congress of Vienna 1815 the Rhineland fell to the Kingdom of Prussia and in 1822 it became an official province of it. The central part with the prussian eagle and the green shield with the silver river which represents the Rhine.

With the abolishment of the monarchy due to the November Revolution of 1918/19 the existing CoAs were "demonarchfied". The essence (prussian eagle, symbolisation of the river) of the Rhineprovince was kept and I must say that I really like it.
