While I agree that in some cases, an amount of government intervention in the economy may promote greater societal flourishing (eg breaking natural monopolies) , doing so is impermissible because it is grossly immoral. You cannot refute me without lapsing into consequentialism
>>217520021What is your foundation for what is moral or immoral?Cheap foreign labor is used as a weapon to destroy countries by the globalist banking shadow cabal, and you'd say it is immoral to tax/ban foreign imports to prevent such fowl influence?Libertarian morals are low-IQ shit, as if physical violence is the worst evil, when social engineering is 1000x more evil and potentially destructive. For exampleMao taking over China and killing millions was extremely evil. The globalist baking cabal that funded his commie clique to build a base for cheap foreign labor to help them take over the world economy and strong arm nations into being their puppets is the root of that evil.Every country in the world is losing social cohesion, local communitise and self-sufficiency and family structures due to these social engineers. Destroying them with government backed violence would be a moral act, as the government should serve its people not foreign interests
>>217520141I’m hearing a lot of 80-iq third world populist rhetoric. >What is your foundation for what is moral or immoral? The fact that government intervention entails the violation of property rights. The violation of property rights cannot be universalized as a universal rule and implemented without hypocrisy, so it is immoral
rights are granted by the state, they do not exist without the state. the government can always extinguish them provided it does so according to the law
>>217520626hobbesian fool. This nigga would murder his mom if there where no law against iy
>>217520592>I’m hearing a lot of 80-iq third world populist rhetoric. That's a logical fallancy you know, maybe I got you beat on IQ despite having the monkey flag>the fact that government intervention entails the violation of property rights. What is your basis for rights? I don't see any justification for your system, it is just>I feel this way is best because I feel good, and so it is moralCool system bro
>>217520626black and positivist pilled
>>217520654This is the power of the zilliwn brain? I already stated that noncontradiction is the root of morality
>>217520772How?
>>217520021Money destroyed societies ever since sparta, when people focus on money more than they do on their values and beliefs it's OVER
>>217520792By its allowing individual agents to rationally legislate for themselves
>>217520910How is a fiscally illiberal society not driven by greed? You make the mistake of thinking greed is a vice unique to capitalists when the hoi poloi and their government zookeepers are often far more greedy
>>217521319Exactly that, a society completely devoid of financial literacy got greedy and destroyed itself, that's what you get when the government and institutions are too weak or unwilling to step up
>>217521617what in particular are you referring to?
>The violation of property rights cannot be universalized as a universal ruleau contraire
>>217520021Your government intervened that's why America is an economic powerhouse. US government alone has the US army and their budget is higher than any third world nation...
>>217523261>Your government intervened that's why America is an economic powerhouse. That’s my point, I argue its immoral, hence our corrupt culture of materialism, greed and stupidity. > US government alone has the US army and their budget is higher than any third world nation...I’m not anti-tax, I would prefer them as low and flat as possible to keep the state functioning. However, government power must exclusively be used to prevent violence, not to enforce moral agendas or impose public projects.
