I'm starting to be in the same situation. I was always thin until I wasn't, I gained 15kg in a few years, some of it was muscle and some of it fat. I was okay with most items being oversized or stretchy but going back down has affected everything at the waistline.I recommend new clothing if it's old and unredeemable, but if it still looks like it fits or can be adjusted by a tailor to keep it. Weird pic btw
