I've done a clinical trial, it's pretty good money but REALLY invasive (requires getting daily blood tests / injections / various surgical procedures during the course of the trial) there is an "in person" stay which is about a week to a month long for most trials (most closer to a week) and it pays like $6000. Then there are follow up visits and they pay around $600 each visit. It's great money. I will make around $16,000 after I am finished with mine. But... the blood draws and stuff really suck. it's not for everyone.
