Unfortunately, no. The letter "d" is not very common in Central and Northern Mexican indigenous languages, and even though it can be found in certain Maya languages, a combination like Ch-u-d is very atypical of Mesoamerican languages in general.

In fact, the closest we got is a village named Chutla (note the "t" instead of the "d"). Note that Nahua and other Central Mexican languages have few to no voiced consonants.
