I just want like a giant double sink that I can easily fit ANY pot in to wash on both sides, and a giant dish drying cabinet up top for all my dishes like they have in europe.

My old apartment had one. They're nice, but stains and discoloration are more obvious than a standard metal sink. It requires more maintenance, but really you should be cleaning your sink regularly anyways.

We used to ask craftsmen to build a sink using cement and tiles. Apparently it leaves too much trouble for later modification.
