I remember a German here mentioning some sort of neo Nazi or similar groups that were buying depopulated village houses or farmland in rural Germany and re-populating it and had a requirement of like 4 children minimum to join
I remember he gave a very specific name but I can't actually find any info as I forgot.
Anyone knows what I mean?

The Anastasia-Movement (some sort of esoteric new age agriculture/gardening group) also has a few "settlement" in Germany. While not strictly right-wing there is an overlap.
