I did expect their own equivalent to Medieval castles and basilicas, or at least some kino Andalucian tier Mosques and Palaces from Ottoman period.Sadly to me, not the case, the most things you will find are in Romania and Venetian domains.

Enver Hoxha was extremely anti-theistic to the point he straight up damaged the majority of the historical monuments that were present in albania including some precious and rare gothic churches. While there are now effort to recreate them, it doesn't capture the vibe and they are very obviously modern constructs.
