I have 800k EUR in loan-free capital and I want to make a video game. I was thinking of starting a studio and hiring 2-3 2D artists in Sapporo while I work for free for the company as a computer engineer.

I would be hiring fresh grads and paying them like 2.4k EUR per month. Should I do it?
