>high wages
If you want a career with high wages you need to get a degree, which will cost you 1000x more than it would in the US and leave you in crippling dept for years unless your parents are wealthy enough to foot the bill for you.
>big houses
Which you will never own if you were born after 1980.
>low taxes
This can be true depending where you live, but a lot of the places with low taxes are shitholes trying to use low taxes as an incentive to get people to move there. Shitholes have little in terms of employment.
>beautiful nature
Beautiful nature which is rapidly being cleared and paved to make room for data centers to keep our artificial AI-based economy afloat. A farm about 5 minutes away from me just got sold for this purpose.
>cheap products
This one is just a complete lie. Things are far more expensive in the US because wages are higher and companies can milk as for more.
>>
>>217691196
I think if you are wealthy, its super easy to be wealthier. If not, you can be at the sake of actually living life. For example, dated a girl who was trailer trash but she herself was something. Her town is very expensive due to inflation and tourism. Any actual employment is limited to healthcare or construction unless you're an entrepreneur, everyone else is limited to menial minimum wage jobs. Here's a rough breakdown of her finances, just from what I could understand:
>$840 rent for a bedroom in a 3b3b apartment
>$100 phone bill through verizon
>$300 car payment plus maybe $60 in gas
>37 hours a week at $17 an hour (essentially the de facto minimum wage there) - your tip to the government
>250 in food
And then the rest could go towards college or whatever. I dont know how you're expected to get anywhere when after all your necessities you're left with 500 bucks if you're lucky. Keep in mind the average american is a rampant consumer. This is a very conservative estimate of her finances. In reality, during my time with her, she was ALWAYS paycheck to paycheck.
>>

Everything is insanely cheap in the USA though

Why would you throw money into the garbage by renting?

It's not 2019 anymore. After the scamdemic and the fed increasing the money supply by 50%, we now pay Sweden/Norway prices for everything. A Big Mac meal is like $15 in my metro area.
>>
>>217693356
bro that almost the same price as here and our wages are 10x lower
A few day ago some american posted the fuel prices and it was 4x lower than here

>i only have one swimming pool but no jacuzzi I suffer in the USA

developments full of multi million dollar homes are destroying all our nature and small towns near the cities (the only place you can actually get a job)
by the time I scrounge up enough cash to afford a home I won't be able to afford my hometown anymore and it'll be surrounded by housing developments instead of trees and farms
not sure what to do about it, at this point just wanna live in the middle of nowhere but I probably won't be able to afford that for a couple decades. Would prefer if urban sprawl just didn't exist and we stopped giving out free down payments to immigrants while people born here can't afford one yet
>>
>>217693932
That's because you live in a shithole that's been in recession for 60 years and has an even more protectionist economy than our current african retard's. Not a fair comparison to anywhere in the world.
>>

I suffer in the USA. My grocery store only sells peppermint ice cream in the winter.

Americans will tell you with a straight face that they suffer and show you a pic of a Detroit ghetto that mogs most European neighborhoods let alone thirdie neighborhoods.
>>
>>217695429
why don't immigrants ever go to the ghetto then, why are you always buying houses right next to mine? there must be a reason why someone who just set foot in this country wouldn't want a $25,000 house.
>>
>We Americans have it so bad that we have to live in our CARS dude, you just don't get it.
>>
>>217695495
they do move into ghettos. NY and Cali ghettos are mostly inhabited by Hispanics now.
>>
>>217695504
is this from a school bus? looks a lot wider than I'd have thought
tempting but getting insulation for the winter and summer would probably ruin any space and I'm too tall
>>
>>217693030
>This one is just a complete lie
not true, I check the prices of basic products like milk and eggs in walmart and they are almost the same as the ones here and mind you the economy is based in agriculture and livestock while farms being nearby the cities, the only places in the us with absurd prices are obviously going to be the big cities with really high wages and inflation
>>
>>217691196
I just want someone to love me.

>dont know how you're expected to get anywhere when after all your necessities you're left with 500 bucks if you're lucky

even with just 10k (something you could easily save in 2 years) you would have more than enough money to build houses or an apartment building and live from the rent in most of latam or SEA
>>
every bong goes on regular foreign "holiday" and most Americans have never left the country

but yeah you're totally the ones who suffer
>>
I'm an American and comparing cost of living in Europe it's a wash in America's favor. If I go to a cheap grocer like aldi some stuff like dairy and bread is substantially cheaper here in poland but most is the same, with beef and some fruit being quite a bit more expensive. Meanwhile salaries are substantially lower.
Eating out is a bit cheaper bit not insanely cheaper to make up for lower salaries.

Rent in USA is bad, but it's the same here but with all of the previous facts so you will give up on a lot more conveniences to stay afloat.
>>
>>217695809
how cheap are groceries there?
milk is getting pretty expensive in my area at $2.50/gal but not sure how that compares to there, eggs are $2/dozen and bread $1.40/loaf (or like $2.50-3 for the better bread) all using aldi's pricing
>>
>>217694961
Higher than here for sure
>>
>>217695615
>big cities
Yeah only where 50% of the population lives, stuff is cheap in shitholes with no job prospects and no future.
>>
>>217695525
i'm talking about real immigrants, not the kind who did ghetto things before they even came to America.
>>
>>217695409
Hey no need to be nasty anon
>>
>>217695838
I paid 12.99 zloty for 10 eggs (about 3.5 dollars) and it was 4.5 zloty for a giant ass loaf of bread (about 1.25 dollar)
Dairy seems to be extremely cheap as well. There's local Polish dairy brands that seem to be high quality and have very low cost. Lots of local bakeries.

It's still mostly less expensive than america by a decent bit (10-30% I reckon) but not substantially so like you would expect. I've not actually been around the EU (first time this actually) that much but I have extensive travel through Latin America and SEA where food and lodging is much much much cheaper than the US.

I'm in some random ass polish city on the ukrainian border and I'm gonna go there in a few days, I'll see if it's similar there

aren't state universities only $10k per year? if you get accepted to a prestigious school that cost $50k yearly, you probably qualify for scholarships anyways to cover the tuition
>>
>>217696121
not too bad, although ya I guess the salaries here do make it cheaper in that sense by quite a bit
>>217696184
$30k/year here but between fafsa and grants got nearly all covered. places like califorbia I've heard are $60k

>>217691364
Another proof of why americans cant suffer.
>>
>>217696416
In California, you get $120k and taxed 20%

Literally cannot suffer in the us

that's pretty low for a unitedstatian. most of them earn 100k salaries
he's probably hiding his actual networth gains

all you people who think you would be working for Facebook if you were born here should have been able to emigrate based on your talent level, assuming you losers aren't underage LARPers.
