Regardless of it being a Reddit post from years ago (4chan does nothing anymore, we're just an inert trash heap of mentally ill faggots and retards) It seems to be a very carefully scripted out encyclopedia entry about some Thai president. If a machine can read it, it's well done, I'll give it that.

If you grow up Thai and obviously know all the minutiae of the writing system, ordinary Thai handwriting shouldn't pose a problem, but even with writing systems like Korean famed for being easy to understand, Korean handwriting is sometimes staggeringly illegible, so natural Thai handwriting is probably a more intense version of that.

Roman letters are naturally going to be the best looking in all contexts because it came from Renaissance Italy and that's where the best design and art has always come from, and all good design and art from anywhere else is mostly faithful imitation of Italians in that period.
