People say Japanese people are mad nationalists, but i use the japanese side of the internet. I always state im Brazilian, never set foot in Japan and i have 0% Japanese ancestry, yet they are still more empathetic to me than any Brazilian ever was, and more than any other nationality too.I mean, i know i would be offended irl or would get a weird look from here and there, but my experience with Japanese people online is overwhelming positive
Even more if you go to Japan, and leave Tokyo you'll find some of the kindest people you've ever met, if a bit anti-social.
