Belorussians have surprising capacity of getting practical shit done on small scale. Where for Russians if it's not a grand nation-wide projects, then at least a million unit orders or complete disinterest, there are functioning small business in Belorus. Not sure how much government goons are a threat to those, but factories there are always open to small scale orders, unlike in Russia. And virpil guys in particular pulled off honestly amazing line of flightsim controllers/racks that then went global.
