Not trying to defend whatever thirdie shithole this is, but this only looks bad from this angle. Those bikes are going like 10MPH max and can see her coming. All they have to do is lazily lean left or right and there’s no risk of hitting her. The cars are the only obstacles she actually has to look out for since they can’t adjust their path as easily as bikes.
