The reason Indians are complete genetic trash who can't win a single gold medal at the Olympics, is BECAUSE of their high-carb, vegetarian diets. It's not a good thing. Jeets need to start eating a lot more meat (doesn't have to be beef), if they any have any aspirations of not being a race of weak, skinny-fat manlets who would probably lose a fistfight to the average European woman.
