>>218121398On my 18th birthday I went to the snooker hall I was a member of with my best mate and drank 4 pints of lager while playing snooker. I continued drinking lager until I turned 19 and got a job in an off license. Then I started trying ales, bitters and wines.I then moved to London where I was meeting older people who took me to bars and pubs where I was trying even more different beers, lagers and ales and even cocktails. It was part of the work culture to always go out drinking. Then I lost my job but still enjoyed pub culture so would go to the pubs in town during the day to drink. Now I just drink at home by myself the cheapest strongest drinks I can afford from the shop
>>218125446ty for the information >>218121398i don’t like beer but that makes me an inferior human in this country. i prefer soju but only for special/social occasions
>>218121398"Enjoy" is a strong word. I disovered the joys of drinking alone in front of the computer in 2016, and by 2020 I was a literal alcoholic. I spent 2021 and 2022 more drunk than sober, with vodka being my poison of choice, on a "good" night I could down almost an entire liter. In 2023 I decided to try to quit (again), and for some odd fucking reason it worked and I've hardly had any cravings since. I occasionally miss the feeling of drunkposting and playing ETS2 and binge eating slop while drunk off my face, but I figure I'm better off without it. I can enjoy hiking more and I perform better at work. My social life is nonexistent, and I can't really talk to people without alcohol, but if I get drunk socially, I'll almost certainly end up on the vodka in front of the computer again, so it's better if I just avoid it completely. Webm related, me today in a different timeline. Thank you for reading my blog.
