They didn't all wear these items, but the overall look was consistent: chunky gold jewellery, baseball caps, tracksuits, and sports trainers. They were into UK Garage and Drum & Bass.

I've asked about this before, but people often respond with the derogatory term "chav" which just means "poor person" and isn't the name of the subculture.

I've looked on lists of British subcultures and can't seem to find this one anywhere.

In the context of (white) British culture, I have never seen the trademark cap and the other things you mentioned summarized with any word other than "chav".
