British ex-colonies definitely do, Nigeria and India both still have a lot of holdovers from the colonial period despite the best attempts to decolonize. A lot of Indian haute culture until the 90s was aping the Brits, before it started aping America. Nigeria is still very Britain-facing. Vietnam was a resource extraction outpost, whose governance system completely faded out throughout the American war and died with the eventual installation of the communist regime.Cultural relics like banh mi may be left behind but I doubt there's much else
