What are your dreams and long term plans for your life?Ill start with mine, get rich stemmaxing specializing in CS and AI then move to poland or belarus. Working from my laptop doing what I enjoy and living comfortably in eastern europe sounds like the dream
>>218229523very international because we talk about moving to different countries or something
>>218229523>belarusrofl, Belarus is a dead end and not much better than Mongolia>living comfortably in eastern europe sounds like the dreamyigga, you already live in EE. In modern terms, your chonky country can be brought down to a city-state that looks like any other Eastern European capital
>>218231292basically why i want to move to eastern europe is because eastern europe is basically a comfier, richer, more developed and overall better version of my country. Im familier with the post soviet attitude and instutions so there will be some similarity as you pointed outIts not so foreign that it will be shocking yet its better and a bit exotic than where i live
>>218231429>so there will be some similarity as you pointed out>Its not so foreign that it will be shocking yet its better and a bit exotic than where i liveTrue, but for the locals you'll be more than a bit exotic since people normally assume Mongolia to be more like China or Korea than Eastern Europe
>>218231292Also belarus is a pretty rich, safe and clean country compared to mine
>>218231715well it isnt that much of a disadvantage, ill try my best to speak the language fluently as possible and understand the culture. Being exotic is better than being actively hated like a gypsy or middle eastern
>>218231735Cost of living is a meme past utilities, rent and staple foods. PC parts cost the same regardless of country and so does every additional expenditure past survival needs. I guess it's a fair parameter if you're poor.>8.3kRomania got more than twice that but I can't recommend it. Bucharest is hardly an improvement over Ulaanbaatar (same pollution and traffic gridlocks).
>>218231791>it isnt that much of a disadvantageIt's an advantage even, you'll drown in attention from k-pop/k-drama girls and there is no shortage of them anywhere in Eastern Europe. Besides, white Asians enjoy a good reputation of being hard working smart tech guys because of tropes from Hollywood media. Brown Asians have it worse because they work as delivery drivers who take turns like they're on a suicide mission or do nanny and housekeeping jobs. Nobody will know that you're a honorary Eastern European
become landlord
>>218231292>Mongolian traveling to Eastern EuropeWhy are alarm bells not going off in your head? He and Hungary will be storming the carpathians.
>>218231824>Bucharest is hardly an improvement over Ulaanbaatar (same pollution and traffic gridlocks).Wow. you have good knowledge about Ulaanbaatar.Do Romanians also burn coal and all sorts of trash to keep warm during the winter? I imagine the problem exists but its overall less bad and overall richer. Also ive heard the romanian countryside is beautiful and there are liveable rich cities outside of bucharest unlike my country>>218231935thanks for the info, i look k popish without all the makeup and the gay mannerisms but i think finding someone who genuinely loves me for who i am on the inside is what ill achieve doe i dont really think about women as most users here do i mostly care about money for now>>218231947Hows rent in india?>>218232008Kek, how did you know my real plans?
>>218232168>you have good knowledge about UlaanbaatarI had my Mongolia phase when I was younger because of RTS and map games>Do Romanians also burn coal and all sorts of trash to keep warm during the winter?Yes they do, the air is the worst when it's foggy, the wind doesn't blow and around freezing +-, which is all of December and most of March and November. Much worse in the villages, but ghetto areas of towns use the same ceramic stoves.>romanian countryside is beautifulNo it's not, that's a meme to pander specific touristic regions to rich foreigners. It's half abandoned, mostly old people and alcoholics, stray dogs and besides that people got a really shitty mindset - very petty and envious>there are liveable rich cities outside of bucharest unlike my countryCertainly, i'd say the 2nd to 5th largest cities are better than Bucharest
>>218232520the more i learn about eastern europe, the more the place feels relatable. But eastern europe has had much more time to develop and is fundamentally a different civilization and is overall better than mongolia . Its incredible how the soviet system could tie far away places and make them feel similar, the same stories of oligarchs riding around in mercedes benz while the common people take out online loans just to make ends meet, having money stolen that couldve built endless schools and powerplants, having a trad larping but morally dysfunctional society full of thieves and alcoholics, but atleast eastern europe has christianity and tradition to rely on and improve but we dont have much moral guidance. Also what are ur dreams and the places you would like to go Romaniananon? Also are the gypsies ferocious and dangerous as they're told to be?
>>218232897>trad larping I'm curious what ruralfag trad larping is like in Mongolia. Genghis cults? Irredentism targeted at Kazakhs, Buryats and Inner Mongolia? >Also what are ur dreams and the places you would like to go Romaniananon? Not much, don't like going outside except when I have to (job). I used to dream of moving to the west but the west has been getting worse as well as my health, so it's not worth the squeeze anymore.>Also are the gypsies ferocious and dangerous as they're told to be?No, covid flipped a switch and they're just degenerates now. They work odd jobs in the west for a couple months then live on the dole in Romania. The benefits aren't that great like in the west so they can't rely on them exclusively. They are addicted to tiktok, gambling, bath salts, alcohol and whatnot. Mostly a nuisance these days, the kids larp as blacks from the hood and listen to trap. The actual dangerous gypsies are too old to be dangerous anymore.
>>218233376>I'm curious what ruralfag trad larping is like in MongoliaBasically showing off the country to be a perfect place where people live with no stress in a vast free land as nomads. A lot of people do live nomadic lifestyles but their lifestyle isnt that perfet nor traditional. I would say this image is to attract tourists. And spouting nonsense about chingis khan and recycling the same old repeated lines about traditional values while living with rampant corruption, nepotism, alcoholism and poverty.Well thanks for engaging with my thread, i thought it was gonna die with 0 reppeys, it was a nice conversation i gotta go
>>218234179Yeah they like to cope, it helps. Rural Mongolians I've seen in documentaries look like drunkard ethnic Siberians from Russia, it's obvious the life isn't good or healthy. Rural/urban gap must be a canyon over there.>Well thanks for engaging with my threadNo worries, goodnight Mongol anon
>>218229523>russian IT after 2022learn chinese
>>218229523>What are your dreams and long term plans for your life?I've wasted the last two decades with nothing gained from it. I'll waste another one, then roll into my grave.
