I've been wrongly using apostrophes as single quotation marks for many years because on brazilian keyboards they're represented by the same symbol, and no one ever noticed or called me out on it.I've also used hyphens in place of em dash and en dash, but I've been called out for that before.Are you also grammatically mischievous in your country?
