Aka the people that look like a native to your country, but are actually foreign, and often serve their own interests against the interests of the majority.

For me it is the Mainland PRCs and sometimes
Indian nationals on our H1B program (called CECA).

In the US (or California at least), we have Pochos, which are Mexicans who are born in the US and don’t have much connection to Mexico. They’re more often called Pochos by other Mexicans rather than Americans. That’s the closest thing that I’m aware of.

Interesting... but doesnt American culture at large classify all latinos as abstractly foreign to the WASP majority bloc who originally founded the country?
