I was hit on many times, though at the time I was clueless and into building PCs and playing vidya (this was in the 90s). For example, my mum's friend came to visit and she brought her daughter of my age with her. I saw her daughter stealing glances at me and whispering something to her mum. Later, her mum semi-jokingly asked me if I already have a gf while the girl was turning red at her cheeks. I spergingly said no, I'm too busy with my hobbies and studies. Later, I went into college and for some reason got voted as a student rep. Again I got prepositioned by girls, probably with daddy issues since my chuuni side matured into a stern-ikemen demeanor. During graduation, a girl classmate who was close to me straight up showed me to her father and said in front of him that if she will marry me if I am not married to someone else within one year. However, our fates diverged and I married a country lass whose father owned a shotgun, but that is another story for another time.
