irl the only way she'd get to walk across the stage is if the administrators were particularity sympathetic to her circumstances. They most likely know she was comatose in connection to all of the weird shit that's been happening in the town, so she wakes up and they allow her to "graduate" on time by attending the ceremony but in reality she most likely has to do makeup work, night classes, summer school, or simply be held back for another year or two. There are also individualized education programs (IEP) for students with disabilities or special needs that would fast track her to graduating. After they kill Vecna there's a time gap of a few months, she's walking and skateboarding so it was long enough for her to recover which means it was a long enough time for her to take special classes to "catch up" and graduate.
