>>218257980I don’t think so, but I’m not sure. I don’t really consider myself Italian diaspora anymore (I’m only 1/8 Italian and it’s matrilineal). I think most Italian-Americans like each other. I didn’t hear any dislike of guidos from those parts of my family. My family was just nothing like those stereotypical Italian-Americans. They came from central Italy and went to the midwest. They associated with southern Italians though, like my adoptive great grandfather whose parents came from Napoli and was a teamster (my biological great grandfather was an old stock American).

They literally created the corruption culture of New Jersey and New York, and every other major city they landed in. In Canada they basically kickstarted organized crime at a level that never been seen before, and created the framework and criminal ecosystem that all the gangs and whatnot now live off of. Had we kept our previous criminal culture of British style petty theft gangs and robbery crews or Irish style clan/neighbourhood illegal distilleries we wouldn’t have the mess of large international organised crime overlooked by paid politicians. The Germans never brought a mafia, the Irish didn’t co-opt the labour unions into criminal empires. Allowing the southern Italians to immigrate was the beginning of our moral downfall into civilizational collapse and the mass migration brown crime apologist dystopia we currently find ourselves in.
