Not fully but of the things i could have achieved in those years i got like 30% done. Missed out on teenage love. Didnt get a degree past high school. Only had dead end minimum wage jobs. Didnt make new friends or significant new experiences with like two exceptions

yeah. you should try to get over your grieving as quickly as possibly and orient yourself towards become a competent and interesting and self sufficient adult. you can’t go back, don’t trip on what’s behind you
