In the 1920s communists and antifa were committing a wide range of terroism in weimar germany, like bombings and assassinations. Never were they banned. The nazis did not commit any terrorism and were constantly repressed with their newspapers getting banned, politicians getting jailed or fined. In the end the nazis won the election, and had just cause to ban all leftist partiesWhy was weimar germany so woke?

>>218271605Communists are evil but what's even worse about them is that they're whiny hypocrites too.
Maybe if India was a Marxist-Leninist state like China, it wouldn’t be a massive shithole. It’s telling when Kerala is the most developed state and the only one ruled by a communist party.
>>218271774did you know that the state with the highest HDI in India is the communist stronghold of the country?https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Indian_states_and_union_territories_by_Human_Development_Indexhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keralahttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Communism_in_India#Kerala

>>218271982I've been saying this for awhile, India really does need their own Mao. China was worse off than they were prior to Mao.

>>218271605how fucking bad was Weimar Germany it created extreme parties?

>>218273981communists deliberately sided with fascists when it was convenient to upending the social order. if the government collapses it's an opportunity for either of them to take power.
>>218271605The KPD was forbidden in 1919/20 and in 1923/24.And the NSDAP and other far right organisations absolutely did conduct terrorism. Look up the Organisation Consul, the Hitler Putsch, the Küstrin Putsch or the Kapp Putsch.
>>218273981>X think their violence is justified because it's "Y"Holy shit, this is so intellectual. Oh my political science!
>>218275346It was more so the case that both left and right extreme parties didn't agree with the federal democratic government in the wake of the fall of the monarchy and wanted to install their own flavor of authoritarianism. All of those coups and revolts were repressed. My favorite is the Kapp Putsch, where active and former soldiers (now organised in paramilitary Freikorps) under a general of the Reichswehr (the army of the Weimar Republik) occupied Berlin in order to establish a far right government. This coup got defeated by a general strike in Berlin, which denied the revolting soldiers amenities, and, get this, outstanding salaries by the government for the soldiers.
