>>218274633In all fairness Caracas does have a very cyberpunk vibe from what I've heard.The architecture is filled with dilapidated skyscrapers and infrastructure from the 1980s, the government is equally authoritarian and highly corrupt while being haphazardly integrated into online life which serves as a refuge and haven for rebellion/dissent, and huge swathes of the country are ran by gangs of various stripes, many of them being colectivos on motorcycles who battle each other, the masses, and sometimes even the government for power and influence on the mean streets of an urban jungle.Seems like it'd be a kino setting frankly.
