There isn't a political murder spree, its just a baron's war between noble families. It is not a protection racket paid to the cartel, its just the rent paid to the local lord. Those arent terrorist paramilitaries, those are the knights and retinues of rebellious nobles. There are no terrorist organizations, theyre holy orders in a sacred campaign.
