Good morning, sisters.
Had a weird ass dream. I was a high schooler again, either 15 or 16 years old. Ayylmaos came to Earth for some reason. Was in school while some random teacher or something (not a student) got infected and transformed into something half human half something else. Basically he just grew like half a metre taller and his head changed to resemble something that look like an alien wolf. He also grew longer arms and some claws on them, but pretty much everything except the head was still a humanoid form. We ran out of school with some lads and gals one of whom was my first crush (she was there until the end of the dream). This infected guy obviously would try to kill as many people as he could just as randomly, but I angered him with something so he would hunt me down. Left my phone in the building so we had to sneak back in as it had info about me in it, like what my name is, where I live, things like that. We got out again safe than we went to the countryside to see some schizo guy. By the time we got there, the fields and buildings were already starting to get destroyed. We even started seeing more and more ayylmaos just pop out of nowhere as time progressed. Schizo guy we went to made some invention that would bait ayylmao flying saucers to a given location. They would not attack anyone as they had no idea what kind of order they got apart from to go to a location. Then they would just leave and go back to burning shit up. Guy baited some saucer like 20 times and they would just come and leave and continue doing whatever they were doing. So now we had some contraption that was useful for baiting, so we started working on being able to command saucers not to just go to a given location, but to also do something else.
Don't remember anything else.
Also I really miss my first crush.

Depending on how you define eugenics I am not entirely against it lol. For example, mentally retarded (deep retardation) people or people with severe inheritable diseases (that are congenital or develop before reaching sexual maturity) should not reproduce. If your child is very likely to not be born healthy you should not have kids.

Good morning /med/, had an horrible nightmare, probably because of having read the work accidents thread at /diy/.
Long story short, an accident happened and a family member got his hand chopped off. I frantically tried to reattach it, but couldn’t really make all the fingers work again, so I got in my car with the hand and the person to reach a doctor, but the hand fell from my hands and got all dirty and the person mid travel ended up dying from blood loss, so I did a big turn and went to a sawmill (probably /diy/ flashbacks again) where a friend of mine was that had a time machine to bring back the person from the dead. The machine worked all too well, because the person reversed and ended up turning into a toddler with a stump for hand.
I then picked the dirty hand (the guard dog from the sawmill was trying to play with it), liked the stump from dirt to clean it and attached it to the toddler. Woke up in cold sweat when one finger started moving (a giant hand compared to the toddler’s size).

i'm very uncomfortable with that line of thinking, "deep retardation" is how they get their foot in the door, and then the camp always gets larger
my adhd severely impairs my executive function, i wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy, and i still think whether i have kids or not shouldn't be up to government ghouls that only want exploitable ants
and often the same line of thinking is used to cut welfare benefits, because the disabled are a "burden"

Yeah, I also have ADHD and a couple other mental illnesses so I understand perfectly why that makes you uncomfortable. In practice, you could never implement such a policy because it would lead to abuses and because policies that restrict freedom never go away and only become more comprehensive. Something that could work is having mandatory screenings and forced abortions in case severe defects are detected; if you don't comply and your child is born fucked up you pay a fine/go to prison. You could argue that knowingly bringing a diseased child into this world can be considered a form of child abuse and you should punish child abusers.

AFAIK you cannot screen for ADHD during the pregnancy so I'm not sure why you would be against it. Even if it was possible, I am talking about aborting those pregnancies, not killing the children once they are born. Once a person is born, they are entitled to the same basic things as everyone else, which includes access to healthcare, but why let them be born if you know they are going to suffer and live in pain (physical or otherwise)? I am not even approaching this from an economic perspective, simply from a humanitarian one. If you factor in the additional resource expenditure that disabled people require to live, then my argument becomes even stronger, but it is not necessary to support forced abortions.
>>218555594
Nowadays many physically disabled people can contribute as much (or even more in some cases) to society as non-disabled people because agrarian societies, where physical labour is in high-demand, are rare. Intellectual ability is far more important. So, yes, you have to consider the severity of the disability and its domain.

I know from talking to Germans that Germany is also strict, but Spain for example isn't. In fact, it is not strict at all with any psych medication and, for example, half the population has a benzo prescription (the other half simply doesn't want benzos lol). I imagine stimulants are a bit harder to get, but even then it wasn't hard at all for me. They will give you whatever you need as long as you are otherwise healthy . Portugal must be the same and I think it's due to our generally relaxed approach to regulating psychoactive substances.

Ritalin is a very strong amphetamine. It causes addiction, habituation (so you need to keep increasing the dosage) and you turn into some malleable clay thing.
That’s why doctors don’t like prescribing it unless it’s for terminal cases. Vyvanse and elvanse is the alternative.

methylphenidate (ritalin's basic substance) is actually less addictive than adderall and vyvanse, that's partly why it's avaliable in non-adhd friendly countries

Ritalin (methylphenidate) is NOT an amphetamine and it is not even chemically raleted to amphetamines. Elvanse/Vyvanse on the other hand is an amphetamine, albeit a slow release one (the active ingredient is lisdexamphetamine, which has to undergo a reaction and be turned into dextroamphetamine in order to be used by the body). There are, however, slow release methylphenidate meds, Concerta (most likely available in Italy) probably being the most popular. Regardless, the abuse potential of stimulants is never zero, even with slow release ones.
>>218556625
I am living proof of the opposite.
>>218556853
I wanted something that I could stop taking on the weekends and that didn't have excessively long lasting effects, because noradrenergic drugs give me pretty bad constipation. So the psych prescribed me an instant release methylphenidate. Also, this psych in particular prefers methylphenidate to amphetamines.
>>218556926
>For real? Or are you exaggerating?
Exaggerating, but not by a lot. As far as I know, benzos can be prescribed by "medicos de cabecera" (GPs) and they are very liberal when prescribing them. I don't recommend trying to get one because benzos can wreck your life, but if you tell them you have anxiety and/or issues sleeping, many will suggest trying benzodiazepines.

Most mushrooms ingredients seem to have harmful effect on consumption but we gotta keep in mind they are raw and we don't really see cooked version, which would possibly be more edible.
After checking on UESP there doesn't seem to be any dish based on mushrooms which would point to mostly poisonous and inedible mushrooms, except for use in tea.
Most dunmer cuisine is based on kwama meat, eggs and saltrice.

>>218557347
I think the main reasons are that Spanish people don't really need English to go on their lives and that Spanish is much different to English than Dutch is to English for example.
People in the Netherlands need English because otherwise they have no entertainment to consume, for example, in Spain things get translated to Spanish, and also for work in the Netherlands you are expected to speak English to be able to provide services to other countries, Spain is bigger so for example a programmer doesn't really need to speak English because there are local companies that can hire him and there can be a team formed by people who exclusively speak Spanish, in the Netherlands many software companies have international teams with people in other places so they need programmers to speak English, this is just the example that came to mind because I'm a programmer but I'm sure there are more examples in other jobs.
>>
>>218557648
>Spanish is much different to English than Dutch is to English for example.
English is like 60% French. EFLs get their clitty leaking when they have to learn their ancestors’ words instead of vulgar Latin.
>>
>>218557526
>Spainoids have no obligation to accomodate your lazy ass
I mean, if we want money from tourists will have to speak English at the very least, we don't have an obligation stricto sensu but we live in a globalized capitalist system so we better speak it.
If a change in our education system improved our English skills for example I'm sure most people would want that.

ohhhh, I see. Sorry for the needless agressivity.
One reason for it is media consumption. Spaniards (like French pypo and Italians) mostly watch movies dubbed, unlike a lot of Northern Europe so english has less leeway culturally (until Netflix and online streaming at least).
Also there are more institutions protecting the language and making sure english is limited.
>>218557712
>so we better speak it
It depends, tourism is in a lot of ways more harmful than not. Honestly not speaking english is a good way to protect local culture and avoid ending up as a bland shithole. The common man suffers more from overtourism than he profits from it.
>I'm sure most people would want that.
Yeah sure. Useful for individuals but harmful culturally. French killed off so many dialects and if we don't protect it, it'll get killed off by english eventually. It's kind of a giant Agario game where the lingua franca absorbs smaller ones

>>
>>218557930
>It depends, tourism is in a lot of ways more harmful than not.
It's definitely a bad industry to focus on, some areas on Spain are kind of ravaged by it, but we still need to get some money in, and a lot of the ravaging is not just the tourism but the refusal to address actual solution to housing issues we have, so people can't afford to live where there's demands for jobs.
>Honestly not speaking english is a good way to protect local culture and avoid ending up as a bland shithole.
Spanish, or French, won't disappear don't worry, we have many people who don't speak English right now.
There was a time when French was the lingua franca and we got words and expressions from French, but Spanish didn't die, it will be the same for English, and maybe for Chinese in the future, or Hindi when Indian becomes a superpower in 2030.
>The common man suffers more from overtourism than he profits from it.
It's relative but I'm sure someone who is employed in the tourism industry wouldn't want the government cracking down in their source of revenue, many common people depend on tourism, not only the profiteering fat cats.

>>218557953
>they'd be surprised, it's no louisiana or alberta but it's pretty conservative by western european standards
Honestly when I learnt that Italy hadn't legalized gay marriage like 10 years ago I was surprised because Spain did so at 2005 and besides a bit of complaining after the fact right now almost nobody cares about it and people just don't bring it up in politics because even conservatives accept it and have married gay people in their party, meanwhile Italy still refuses.

>many common people depend on tourism, not only the profiteering fat cats.
Of course, it's never black or white, it's quite a complicated issue where it's hard to see where harmful and beneficial effects stop or start.
Back in the Canarias, I remember asking my neighbors why the water flow was so sluggish and they told me hotels were served first and then locals. Might have been some conspiracy but it did feel like locals depending on tourism were also critical of it. Very hard to solve that issue doe.

Sure but if you are learning a language you have to learn the preposition and auxiliary verbs, and other things that are different in Spanish and English that aren't words, like setence structure.
Also, English is very hard to pronounce for Spanish speakers.

>>218558449
That's actually relatively common, I've seen beggars from Northern Europe, generally drug addicts that join some hippie comune here.
I hate this people, coming from a priviledge country so they can leech of hard working people of a poorer country.
If you really want to move to Spain you just need some savings, learn Spanish first then move to a mid sized to large town, like 50k to 100k people and find a job, you can live better with a shitty job there than in the big cities.
Or if you have studies, try to find a better job.
I know people who moved from Northern European countries to Spain to work because they like living here more, it's not impossible.

>>218558481
Yeah Canarias and Baleares are in really bad shape, for example when it comes to water because you can't simply move water there from other places so if there's bad rains then shit's fucked and everyone wants to live there either for a job or for tourism, Canarias in particular has like the best climate in the world, in other regions when there are problems with water it's easier to solve.
But if you propose having thousands of people losing their jobs, nobody is going to vote you, the best they can hope is that local governments don't give out licenses for hotels so if one closes down a new one doesn't open up.

Hate that kind of people to be honest with you. When in Rome do as romans do. It’s what I’d do if I ever emigrated. If you are just going to come here to break the law while acting like a monkey, why would you care about the legality of wild camping? It's like saying that you won't buy drugs in dark markets using your neighbour's WiFi because using it without their consent is illegal o algo.

Yes, from early childhood, but ordinary classrooms are not the best places to learn English beyond the absolute basics, so only those who are smart enough or who attend private lessons in academies succeed learning English as a general rule. As other anons have also added, there's already lots of media to consume in Spanish, so there isn't this need to learn English. France, Italy and Russia are other European countries I can think of which have the same struggle.

My father's business partner is the biggest Deep Purple fan (not an exaggeration) he has been going to concerts all over Europe for 30 years, has met them multiple times and one time they even gifted them jeans (they have a jeans producing business) and Purple wore them at one of the concerts. Then I worked another 6 months in Abruzzo in Italy, in the mountains doing the same thing.

Finished NWN2 + Mask of the Betrayer, started a new playthrough of ADWR that I dip into when I'm horny, and I've also started WOTR again, this time as a chaotic evil tiefling fiendflesh shifter who's planning to go demon. Our news here are surprisingly dry and given in a monotone voice without emphasizing any bias. There are opinion shows which are not labeled as news and that's when talking heads give their opinions although it's also not very emotional and they usually do the "X says that this might be a disaster, what do you think?".

I was too at first. When night fell the town was surrounded by darkness. Desert on one side, ocean on the other and just a tiny nest of humanity and light in between. My first nights I kept looking out the window and dreading how I could hear the waves but not see them, and could only the vast expense of rock and sand for miles on the other side. It felt really alien like you say. The closest city was 30km away and that was it for our part of the island. Coming from a country that is crisscrossed with towns and roads, it definitely felt isolating.

>>

At least that's my perception. They would just state what has happened. For example if the Rittenhouse thing had happened in Bulgaria they would say - "A man shot 3 people in a brawl in Kenosha" the wouldn't say "right winger" or "he had racists tweets". The news just say what happened and wont make you think any party involved was bad for X reasons.

Well have Euronews but that's like on the back channels and nobody watches it, recently Bloomberg news opened a newschannel here but that also is like in the back and nobody cares. I'm talking about the major 3 national news outlets that everyone watches. They might be a bit biased about national news but not really - there's no ad hominem or unsubstantiated speculation for the most part. That's at least my impression from the last couple of times I caught the news. Maybe I'm wrong - I don't really watch them regularly. We are so corrupt here that I don't really pay attention to our politics desu.

But I'm certain there is no emotional manipulation tactics to try to steer you to a having a certain opinion - that I'm sure of. We might as well have a robot voice telling us the news that's how dry it is. And it has been the same 5-6-7 anchors for the last 15-20 years.

I am talking about local news portals as well. You could divide them in three categories: pro-PL (party in government), pro-PN (party in Opposition), and the so-called independents. That's on a local level. On an international level, they all line up with the "approved" opinions.

We also have three categories: Tusk's media (currently in power), Kaczyński's media (currently in opposition), and opportunistic media (which act in favour of whomever they deem more profitable to support at any given moment). At the international level, for some reason, "independent" media outlets always side with Tusk (well... since his camp = national masochists acting for the benefit of foreigners, it's quite understandable; the bias is subtle, but it's bias nonetheless.). Not to mention the fact that they label centrist and center-right parties as far-right, center-left and left-wing parties as centrist, and the far left as just left. Then they wonder where this trust deficit comes from...
>>

Damn it's just like England and America, I'm not sure if I'm out of touch but these kinds of accusations don''t happen here, they mostly accuse each other of corruption and stealing money (which is true) but both sides do it so idk...

Actually here they accuse each other of being pro Russia or pro Ukraine but not on television, that's mostly online.

Unrelated, but I know a guy that went to school with her and apparently she had a very normal upbringing. By that I mean your average upper class upbringing, nothing too crazy.
>How does she deals with al the chudcel that fanatically masturbate over her?
If I had to guess, she gets off to the idea of millions of chuds lusting over her and producing ungodly amounts of semen in her name. She is afterall a Borbón and the members of that family get their strength from sexual energy, like vampires do with blood. Every other Borbón monarch is a sexual deviant (openly, they all are in private) and Felipez360 seems pretty formal and well behaved, which means that she will become a succubus at some point and be sex crazed like her grandad was before her.

Should have answered “yeah I don’t like girls with a common way of thinking either” just to fuck with her (she would have gone home and spent several hours about the line and wether she’s an adequate woman or not).

Any Spanish friends care to shed more light on the train accident?
Our news mentioned that part of the line was damaged.

"Haha you make me laugh anon."

Now that's my kind of way of thinking

Kek that was my thought too. I told her she was calling me autistic and she replied "no wtf that's rude, also autistic folx are very clever".

It's over but it never really started so it's ok
>just to fuck with her
Honestly she's the one that's kinda autistic and insecure so that would break her kek. I'd rather not.

logic says that I'm not superior to someone who likes listening to trap, but in my heart I'll always feel like this is true
I'm sorry but listening to trap (some rap too) or skyladika, being a fanatic sports fan or a one of those niggers with loud c*rs makes you subhuman in my eyes.
It's very prideful to think that you're better than someone just because of their music taste but I just can't shake it off. I really see those categories as goycattle

people get desensitised to violence pretty quickly, you watch enough videos of people getting merked by drones you stop feeling anything
then you watch a horse or cat get ripped apart and it comes back to you

Unconventional thinking is not just some advantage. It's one of the most important traits, imo
