These three group have access to extremely LOW rate loans from their homeland banks. Because of this unequal dynamic, there have been periodic genocide of the Chinese in Southeast Asia. About a decade ago, the Chinese government had to airlift Chinese citizen from Vietnam because the locals were marching with torches and pitchforks.
