I just found out that gen zoom zooms and alpha literally don't know how to use a PC or haven't touched a PC before.
They don't know how to torrent, don't know how to pirate, don't play PC games, or if they did, don't know much else about a PC.
And there are cunts where they teach students how to use tablets, but not PCs.

It's mind blowing for me. Is your cunt like this?

Not sure, I think it's divided between those who played Minecraft as kids and those who played Fortnite. Which results in older zoomers (born before 2005 maybe) being way better at using PCs
>>
Computing as a service is the way of the future. Basic computational power for a reasonable fee. Gaming and such may require more, but I'm sure the providers will have tailored premium package options for that
>>
I am early core gen z bvll that's never bought a single digital product

t. Pirated some indie slop on my GNU/LINUX desktop yesterday
>>
>>218762829
Yeah but tbf so does 95% of millenials
I remember being one of the only people who knows how to pirate stuff, so I'd download requested stuff and sold it to them.
It was an okay hustle.

PC gaming is huge here so it's not completely over.
My zoomzoom brother and all his friends are PC gamers and their school even have a pretty ok E-sports team.

Plus you know, Dreamhack is Swedish.
>>
>>218762829
well if you don't play games you don't need a pc and mobile games are way more popular anyway
>>
makes you feel really special doesnt it?
>>
>>218763333
I cannot fathom this. Mobile games are trash.
>>218763121
That's not true. Most millenials grew up on PCs.
>>218763587
No, but it just isn't right. PCs will always be important, now and forever
>>
>>218763608
Most people who know those stuff were the minority anon, this is why nerds were bullied back then
>>
Tbf filipinos are retarded. So this isn't a generational issue.

wdym know how to torrent? just download a client, slap a magnet in, and there you go. What's so complicated? It helps that in thirdieland no one cares about copyright so you needn't give a shit about VPNs but even that is not so hard to figure out
>>
>>218763720
op just wants to feel special
>>
>>218762829
Nigga what the fuck are you talking about. Unc ass thinks computers magically disappeared in 1999 or something
>>
>>218762829
I build and sell gaming pc's for a living, it's VERY popular among kids. Not even the insane ram prices are stopping them here.
>>
>>218763647
They are the majority now though.
Anyways I did that too, download stuff and sell it to people. We had a decent internet connection then.
>>218763720
That's the point. Literally nobody knows how to despite it being so simple.
>>218763752
I mean nobody knows computers anymore. Computers are important now and forever, it is basically a skill now.
Now it's all about ipads

Yet, zoomers are the main group who visit Dreamhack every year. It always sells out completely.
>>
>>218763825
Are you admitting that gen z or whoever it is rn are more tech-literate then? lol
>>
>>218763824
i mean you can have your anecdotal evidence, but desktop pc's are only a tiny part of the market. something like 80% of all pc's sold are laptops and the desktop sales are mostly dominated by offices bulk buying them
>>
>>218762829
>don't know how to torrent, don't know how to pirate, don't play PC games
That's the average normie no matter the age
>>

>like 80% of all pc's sold are laptops and the desktop sales are mostly dominated by offices bulk buying them
Which has always been the case in modern times and not some sign that computers are going away.

tech literate for knowing how to use an ipad instead of a computer?
that's specious reasoning.
ipads are like, the most tech illeterate tech related thing ever. not even talking about a macbook, which is pretty useful in its own right
>>218763943
This is the zoomer era. However, it does not reflect the general tech illiteracy of zoom zooms and alpha.
or maybe I am just jaded
>>
>>218762829
Hence why sofware companies are hiring third worlders to do their shit.
Western zoomooms are discarded from the work force thankd to their retarded parents who gave them a smartphone at 7yo
>>

You're just as bad for posting Moe troonime
