The best place to start is at work. In the states me and some of my coworkers will grab dinner and drinks on Fridays. 2 of the dudes I work with fish so we'll go on lake trips on the weekends sometimes.

My whole life I was seen as a loner at school, and there was always some group of people who wanted to be my friend.

Try enrolling in an in-person course of something, at times when young people usually attend.

I have been trying to make friends in this shithole myself, I was proactive and still couldn't even get a single Kraut to pay a visit to grab some coffee. The only one I got was an autistic retard that couldn't dance in the night club
