In any given population there are people who have different views, people are not a monolith.In general however, I would say Latinx think of white people as attractive and many if not most would prefer to have a white European or American boyfriend or girlfriend. They do have a bit of an inferiority complex and they may idealize Europe, because they are first world countries. Latinos who speak English get their views modified by the rest of the world and by American culture primarily. Anyone who says Latinos hate white people or think they are better than them, be completely certain they dont speak fluent Spanish.

Both in Brazil and in Hispanic America, there is a concept of improving your race, which is marrying a white person to have children who have lighter skin than you.
