what is your strategy to move to this country in your country?
>>
>>218785061
China+Russia has more land than the US and we live near Mexico. Just wait until either has a regime change and buy low.
>>
America is diseased, rotten to the core, there's no saving it.
>>
>>218785093
nice try, yankman. Im moving there so get over it
>>
>>218785061
Why do you want to move to America? Japan has a great transportation system and free healthcare, I mean your country is great already, you dont need to live in America, Japan is also very safe, you can do whatever you want, im guessing you just like America
>>
>>218785061
out of all the countries I'd wish to move to the US is very low on the list
I come from money so the enticement of good salary for me there is not really a thing, specially since if I move there I would surely not work on the same things I work here
that's another thing, whenever I've traveled around and met expats they have a variety of reasons for why they moved to that place: good weather, nice culture, delicious food, ease of access to good doctors, otakuness to the culture of that country, they find their women beautiful, better salaries, etc
but when I speak with expats living in the US it's always about they wanted to earn more money. Always
so the migrant community over there is not the kind of community I would like to have around me, sounds so desperate but shallow at the same time
>>
>>218785132
everything is predictable in Japan which makes it very boring
>>
don’t people want to move ti America anymore?
>>
lmao
someone save me from this sinking ship
>>
>>218785182
>good weather
Almost everything single biome is in the US aside from tropical. Pretty much all of tourism is carried by nature.
>good doctors
If you're rich literally the best doctors bar none
That said US is a bad place to retire to if you have money, it's fine if you want quiet or have an actual skillset. But the US doesn't advertise itself as a tourist destination it wants people with talent not otaku but with Marvel or sexpats. I'd say it's the opposite of superficial when people come here looking to actively ply a trade or build something rather than just tour around and consume. The fact that culture in the US changes rapidly is the best part about it imo.
>>
not that I want to, but I'd just say that I'm being persecuted by brown lgbtq leftist muslims and migatards would give me asylum
>>
>>218785061
just walk across the miles of unmonitored border.
>>
>>218785316
>doesn't want migration to their country to the level they're doing various shenanigans to scare migrants away
>a random anon (a thirdie at that) says that the US is one of the lasts places he'd ever want to move to
>still find ways to complain
there is literally no winning with you guys
>>
>>218785061
I have nothing to offer, so I am stuck in this shithole
>>
>>218785819
I agreed with you when I said it sucks if you're already rich because there's nothing to do if you're just looking for media appeal and to tour around. It will suck if you're looking for tourism outside of nature hikes, they only want tech autists and enterprise. Maybe in the 90s or 80s Cali or Miami was popular, but they've long since stopped trying to make it appealing in media. Why do you think the US stopped producing things like Baywatch? They stopped caring about tourism around 2001.

Going to uni for a master's/phd, but I'm not sure I want to do it. Would have to live with kind of a bad salary for at least 2 years instead of working and starting my life back home in Sweden
>>218785093
True but still kino.

OP is not Japanese. Every Japanese expat comes rushing back home when they get injured or sick outside Japan, which pisses off the Japanese who never left home because Japanese expats love shit talking their home country but instantly fly back home to take advantage of Japanese healthcare, once they get old and sick.
>>
>>218785061
You're Asian so you can still probably do the normal method. Might be more difficult for work though seeing as we did have that debaccle over the Hyundei Koreans being deported wrongfully.
Basically just don't expect the law to be enacted before judgement is passed.
>>
I couldn't make it.
I have no ambition and drive.
>>
>>218785061
Why would I want to move to this shithole?
>>
>>218785061
>moving to US
you couldn't pay me to go there, if i wanted to move there i would go to college, study medicine and apply for worker visa until i can get a citizenship
even just the diagnosing doctor job would land me a job there if not in public then in private sector in some backwater shithole
in every country doctors are always in high demand, even if all you do is make educated guesses and refer them to another guy while bleeding them dry on their bill
>>
>>218785061
If the U.S falls into civil war or becomes seriously unlivable I'm going to move to Singapore and become a university professor who teaches a class on how and why America failed
>>
>>218786187
Just get an American girl to marry you or participate in the diversity lottery system. I would if i could, but Mexicans are overrepresented in America and i cant participate. Although I heard its no longer available, is that true?
>>
I can’t imagine living anywhere but the place I was born
>>
>>218786351
>Just get an American girl to marry you
Lol, lmao even.
Americans can't even get American girls to marry them.
>>
>>218786355
stockholm syndrome, do you have a loicense for that patriotism?
>>
>>218785061
Marry a cute American
>>
>>218785093
Now now Anon, just because the immigrants are here rotting the place and there's a small niche of communists and faggots backing them up doesn't mean its always going to be this way.
>>
>>218785061
As far as I am aware there are like 4 main pathways

1. Get married
2. Invest millions of dollars into the U.S. economy and create jobs
3. diversity lottery
4. skilled work visa (increasingly harder because Trump put a 100k tax for that)

There are many work visas but only a few of them have a pathway to permanent residence and eventual citizenship. I dont have a real pathway to get any of the visas with permanent residence potential so i think i will just die here.

Some people used to get an undergrad in their country and then get a phd in the US in some area of stem and i read that most stem phds get to stay in the country (perhaps it is especially true for those in areas of national strategic importance like computer science) but in general i think its harder now and the younger generations have it harder

If you arrived in America illegally before 1971 you can just get a green card lol, back then there was no ICE, no wall, no strict border policy. Everyone could go back and forth. My ancestors blew that opportunity and now im here.

I understand if you guys are racist im not judging you for that, i just dont enjoy living in a third world country for obvious reasons.

Living in the US would be a downgrade for me. The US is very clearly a horrible place to live in unless you're very rich.
I see all the time online how horribly stressed, medicated, overworked and abused by their employers Americans are.
These people are constantly living in fear and going fat, sick and bald from all the horrible food and air and water they have.

Like, nigger, you'd have to PAY ME at least $300k a year to live there.
>>
>>218786476
>doesn't mean its always going to be this way
True, eventually the U.S will be so Brown nobody will want to move here because it's just Brazil
