When I see tattooed white women or other race women I don't find it attractive. But tattoos on Asian women look so good. It's like they were born to be tattooed.

I believe it is the contrast in nature that makes it stand out. Asian chicks are usually seen as very modest and reserved, so for one to be heavily tattood is not something you would expect, therefore it pops out more. Also from a purely aesthetic perspective the pale skin and slim figure of east asian women means the tattoo is more notable.
