How unhealthy is McDonalds? How do different McDonald's compare by country?

They're not that unhealthy for the average-person, I'd say? There isn't much density to McDonald's' offerings. I wouldn't WANT to eat anything from their menu, but I could easily.
>>218812952We use local beef and it is pretty juicy and tasty, but is also obviously still sandwiched in slop. It's higher grade slop than the US version, but slop nonetheless. People here tend to favor smaller chains like Grill'd and Betty's Burgers or Hungry Jacks (aka Burger King). McDonalds is basically the crap you eat if you've got a really early morning trip somewhere and there's nowhere else to go for a fast breakfast.
