I'm in good shape, I lift 4 days a week but I'm slim and will probably never get big. 184cm 77kg. No six pack but the start of one at the top I suppose, so a two pack. I've had a few compliments but nothing ridiculous, the best was my ex saying I was 'big' as in muscly, even back then when I wasn't in as good shape as I am now. I lift to feel and look good, I'm not too worried about other men at the gym mogging me in lifts.

You can lose fat with muscles because they will eventualy demand more energy from you, but that takes too much time.
