>>218819644>Proof that women go to therapists to trauma dump and verbal diarrhoea instead of muh mental health I don't know about therapists but psychiatrists are medical doctors who'll look for physiological causes for your depression as well instead of your mother, and actual clinical psychologists work on the ABC (Affect, Behaviour, Cognition) to improve your mental health, neither of them are supposed to "care" about you beyond the concern for your propensity to self-harm, if you were doing/have done/would do that
