For glass we don't use bags, but instead we place the bottles in a bucket and place them outside for the garbage collectors to collect. If I recall correctly broken glass goes into the black bag. There's garbage collection everyday with a schedule cycling between said different types of bags, so every morning you got to place the right waste outside of your door for pickup. Medicine and batteries are collected by pharmacies and - if not mistaken - local councils and at some shops respectively. For bulk refuse, you call the local council, tell them what you're disposing of, and they give you a date for when you have to take the stuff out. I think that covers it.
