This is happening because there's a massive incentive for developers to cut corners at every possible expense in order to increase returns. How are they able to get away with? Because the homes sell before the foundations have even been laid. Not to future home owners, but to massive multi-billion dollar real estate holdings groups who then either rent out the property to tenants (you will own nothing), or they work with banks to offer you a predatory mortgage so you can "buy" the house and pay for it in monthly installments (you will own nothing).Literally the only way to stop this is through government intervention, but apparently that's communism o algo.
