If you made it illegal for them to live in Europe, you would still need a ginormous police force to kick them out and just like the U.S. under Trump, you would be able to kick out some of them, but the vast majority would remain in Europe.You would have to militarize the countries and commit several human rights violations that are not allowed under European constitutions to even attempt something like that.
