In my country, it's not allowed*.

It's technically allowed in a few Literally Who cities with 20,000 people in the middle of nowhere, and only a handful of them.

The last time I checked up on them was like 10 years ago, and you get paid $50 per donation, maximum 4 times a month or something like that, and you can work your way up from Bronze -> Silver -> Gold -> Platinum to earn $200 per donation or some wild shit like that.
