For me, it's the great Chinese and southeast Asian sport of water buffalo fighting. In Vietnamese the sport is known as chọi trâu which translates to buffalo fighting, and in Chinese it's known as 斗牛 which translates to bull fighting.

As one of the biggest American fans of water buffalo fights, I have made all of these webms myself and have spent countless hours browsing strange Chinese streaming websites to find the best water buffalo content. I even joined the Chinese app WeChat and attempted to discuss water buffalo with some of its users.
