I recovered some strength, I was able to hit 160 kg on a bench single today.While I was resting for the 160 kg bench single, some little kid, must have been 17 or 18, had also loaded 160 kg in another bench with 3 spotters, but just looking at the guy I knew he was going to fail.First try he doesn't have clips on the bench and the plates start falling in one said so the spotter grabs the bar, the guy benching starts blaming him for picking the bar when the guy literally had no other option.He puts on the clips and tries again after resting for a bit, he again fails it and the same spotter grabs the bar, the guy starts coping and blames the spotter again, but they were recording so he eventually accepted his weakness.The form was also atrocious, is not like if he had got it it would have been a legit bench.Also did 1.5 km in 10 minutes.
